- Project Manager: Bachelor’s in Engineering / Technology / Management (MBA preferred), 8-12 years total experience in large-scale IT programmes with at least 5 years in programme/project management roles, experience working with Central Government on e-Governance/digital governance, hands-on in Agile/Scaled Agile, preferred certifications PMP/PRINCE2/PMI-ACP/SAFe Agilist.
- Procurement Specialist: Bachelor’s in Engineering / Technology / Management / Commerce (MBA Finance/Operations preferred), 5-10 years in Government procurement/IT tendering/public sector procurement, experience drafting GoI RFPs/EOIs/RFQs, familiarity with enterprise platforms, preferred certifications CIPS/NIGP-CPP/PMP, training in Government financial rules.
