- Junior Research Fellow (Electronics Engineering): B.Tech/B.E in 1st Division in Electronics Engg. from UGC recognized University with valid NET/GATE OR M.E./M.Tech. in Electronics Engg. with 1st Division both at Graduate and Post Graduate level from UGC recognized University.
- Junior Research Fellow (Physics): M.Sc. in Physics (1st Division) with valid NET/GATE OR M.E./M.Tech in Physics with 1st Division both at Graduate and Post Graduate level from UGC recognized University.
- Junior Research Fellow (Computer Science): B.Tech/B.E in 1st Division in Computer Science from UGC recognized University with valid NET/GATE OR M.E./M.Tech. in Computer Science with 1st Division both at Graduate and Post Graduate level from UGC recognized University.
- Junior Research Fellow (Mechanical Engineering): B.Tech/B.E in 1st Division in Mechanical Engg. from UGC recognized University with valid NET/GATE OR M.E./M.Tech. in Mechanical Engg. with 1st Division both at Graduate and Post Graduate level from UGC recognized University.

- Age Relaxation: Relaxable to the candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and OBC as per Government of India norms.
