Eligibility Criteria
- 10+2 passed from a recognized board OR old Higher Secondary + first year graduation.
- One-year Diploma/Certificate in Data Entry Operator/Programming from a recognized institute.
- Hindi typing speed of 5000 key depressions per hour on computer (skill test).
- Certificate of Hindi/English typing speed 5000 key depressions per hour from a recognized board/CG Shorthand & Typewriting Council.

- Age relaxation is applicable as per government rules: SC/ST/OBC (Chhattisgarh non-creamy): +5 years; Women: +10 years; Widow/Divorced: +5 years; PWD (>=40%): +10 years; Ex-Servicemen: service period; Max combined age 45 years.
