Shooting at lake near Oklahoma City in U.S. injures at least 12

A shooting Sunday (May 2, 2026) night at a party at a lake near Oklahoma City sent least 12 people to hospitals, according to police and hospital officials.

Edmond, Oklahoma police spokesperson Emily Ward said authorities received multiple reports of shots being fired at a gathering of young people near Arcadia Lake at about 9 p.m.
