The police have arrested the alleged mastermind behind the daylight ATM cash van robbery at Uppala in Kasaragod, Kerala, in which ₹50 lakh was stolen after smashing the vehicle’s window.
The accused, Armughan (55), alias Kittu, a native of Tiruchirappalli in Tamil Nadu and a key member of the notorious Ramjinagar gang, was taken into custody from Chhattisgarh by the Manjeswaram police.
