Telangana Deputy Chief Minister and Finance Minister Bhatti Vikramarka Mallu begins his 2026-27 budget speech by expressing gratitude to the people of the State, the government, and the Congress leadership for providing the opportunity to present the budget for the fourth time.
It is Budget of the the people’s government, which is moving forward with the goal of state development and the welfare of the people as its ultimate aim.”
