Sri Bhramaramba Mallikarjuna Swamy temple Executive Officer M Srinivasa Rao has asked the officials to utilise the services of ‘Siva Sevakulu’ (volunteers) in the distribution of Annaprasadam.

Mr. Srinivasa Rao on Sunday (May 24, 2026) inspected the Annaprasadam distribution process and personally served Annaprasadam to the devotees. Interacting with several devotees who were receiving the food, he sought their feedback about the service, taste, and quality of the Annaprasadam.

While speaking with the officials, he directed that the Siva Sevakulu be provided with proper orientation regarding food service protocols and other relevant matters. “Those who are serving the devotees should interact with the devotees with courtesy and respect,” he stressed.

Mr. Srinivasa Rao instructed officials to constantly monitor the distribution process in every dining hall to ensure that the distribution is done smoothly. “Ensure to serve every dish prepared reaches every devotee. The officials should maintain continuous and dedicated supervision over every individual dining hall,” he instructed the officials.

The EO emphasised that steps should be taken to ensure that the dishes served as Annaprasadam are delicious and fresh vegetables are used in preparation of the dishes “Special care should be taken to maintain cleanliness and hygiene within the kitchen where Annaprasadam is prepared, the halls where it is distributed, and the entire temple premises,” he said.

Earlier, he inspected the donations collection center located within the Annaprasadam distribution building.

Darshan tickets

Meanwhile, in a statement the EO said the tickets for Sri Swamyvaru’s Sparsha Darshan, Sheeghra Darshan, Ati Sheeghra Darshan, and Arjitha Sevas for the month of June have been released and they can also be obtained through the State government’s ‘Mana Mitra’ WhatsApp service.

Mr. Srinivasa Rao said tickets can also be procured online via the Endowments department website (aptemples.ap.gov.in) and the Devasthanam website (www.srisailadevasthanam.org). Devotees can also reserve accommodation at the Devasthanam in advance through these online platforms.

The EO further said as per the requests of devotees and keeping their convenience in mind, arrangements have been made to allow devotees to book tickets via Mana Mitra and online channels until one hour prior to the scheduled commencement time of the respective Arjitha Sevas.
