Assistant Vice President (IS Audit) – Contractual
Deputy Manager (IS Audit) – Regular (MMGS-II)
Deputy Manager (Chartered Accountant – Internal Audit) – Regular (MMGS-II)
Vacancies are provisional. Reservations for PwBD are horizontal. Suitable PwBD categories as per RPWD Act 2016.
SBI Specialist Cadre Officers Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification (As on 31.01.2026)
- Assistant Vice President (IS Audit): BE/BTech/BSc in Computer Science/IT/Electronics (min 50%) OR BCA/MCA OR MTech/MSc in relevant fields (min 50%). Preferred certifications: CISA, CISSP, CISM, DISA, ISO 27001 LA, CEH, GIAC.
- Deputy Manager (IS Audit): Same as above.
- Deputy Manager (Chartered Accountant – Internal Audit): Chartered Accountant (CA) with active ICAI membership. Preferred: CISA, DISA.
Experience (Post-qualification, as on 31.01.2026)
- AVP (IS Audit): Min 6 years in BFSI/IT/InfoSec Consultancy, with 3 years in IS Audit/Cyber Security Audit/InfoSec Consultancy. Desirable: IS Audit conduct, SOC management, risk assessments, QA in banking apps.
- DM (IS Audit): Min 3 years in BFSI/IT/InfoSec Consultancy, with 2 years in IS Audit/Cyber Security Audit/InfoSec Consultancy. Desirable: Same as above.
- DM (CA – Internal Audit): Min 1 year in Statutory/Internal/Concurrent Audit of Banks or with CA firm in bank audits. Preferred: BFSI/IT/IS Audit/Telecom experience.
(Note: Teaching/training experience not counted. Must be supported by certificates.)

- AVP: 27-45 years
- DM (IS Audit): 25-35 years
- DM (CA – Internal Audit): 21-35 years
Age Relaxation
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (NCL): 3 years
- PwBD (UR/EWS): 10 years; PwBD (OBC): 13 years; PwBD (SC/ST): 15 years
Additional Requirements
- Indian citizens.
- Good CIBIL score (no defaults).
- Willingness for mobile duty/travel.

- Shortlisting based on application/eligibility.
- Interview (100 marks; qualifying marks decided by Bank).
- For AVP: CTC Negotiation post-interview.
- Merit list based on interview scores (age tie-breaker).
- Document verification/medical test.

SBI Specialist Cadre Officers Pay Scale / CTC
- AVP (IS Audit): Up to ₹50 Lakhs CTC (85:15 Fixed:Variable).
- DM (Regular): ₹64,820 – ₹93,960 (plus DA, HRA, PF, NPS, LFC, Medical, etc.).
Probation: 1 year for regular posts.
