MNIT Jaipur Vacancy Details 2026
The institute has announced vacancies for two security-related posts. The post-wise vacancy breakup is given below.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for the above posts must fulfill the required qualification and experience criteria as mentioned in the official notification.
Senior Security Supervisor
- Candidate should be a retired commissioned officer from Defense or Paramilitary Forces.
- Should have served at least as a Captain in the Army or equivalent rank in Navy, Air Force, BSF, CISF, CRPF, or other paramilitary forces.
- Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university or a Graduation Certificate from Defense/Paramilitary Forces.
- Should have a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a reputed academic institution or organization.
Security Supervisor
- Candidate should be a retired individual from Defense or Paramilitary Forces.
- Should have served at least as a Subedar in the Army or equivalent post in Navy, Air Force, BSF, CISF, CRPF, or other paramilitary forces.
- Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university or a Graduation Certificate from Defense/Paramilitary Forces.
- Should have a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a reputed academic institution or organization.
Desirable Qualifications
- Strong understanding of modern CCTV surveillance systems.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in a reputed academic institution, with at least 3 years at the level of Security Supervisor.
- Must meet the Shape-I medical standard as per Defense or Central Paramilitary Force norms.
- Must be proficient in Hindi and English.
Age Limit
The age limit for both posts is mentioned below:
- Maximum Age: Below 58 years
- Age, qualification, and experience will be considered as on 31 March 2026.
Salary
Selected candidates will receive a fixed consolidated monthly remuneration along with transportation allowance.
Job Profile
Senior Security Supervisor
- Will oversee all security arrangements for the MNIT Jaipur campus.
- Will supervise the deployment of watch and ward staff.
- Will coordinate with administrative authorities for event security arrangements.
- Will liaise with local police stations to address security requirements.
- Will perform any other related work assigned by the authorities from time to time.
Security Supervisor
- Will be responsible for security arrangements during the assigned shift at the MNIT Jaipur campus.
- Will supervise deployment of watch and ward staff.
- Will coordinate with the Senior Security Supervisor and other administrative authorities for campus security arrangements.
- Will handle any other related assignments as directed by the authorities.

The selection of candidates will be based on the following stages:
