Three cyber fraud cases were detected and five persons were arrested by the Cyber Crime police of the Malkajgiri Commissionerate during the week between March 1 and March 7.
The arrested persons were identified as Bala Rohan Jaysikhbhai, Jayadeep Jalarambhai Gondaliya, Mukasam Kadarbin Saidbhai, Kandungan Kunhammed and Balu Deivasingamani. Police said the accused had allegedly provided their bank accounts to cyber fraudsters on a commission basis to route cheated money in investment fraud cases. Investigation revealed links to cybercriminal networks operating across several States.
