Selection Process

Selection will be made through Written Examination followed by Interview and Document Verification.

• For First Grade Assistants / Senior Assistants & Second Grade Assistants:

  • Written Examination: 200 Marks (Duration: 2 Hours)

    • Kannada Language: 50 Marks
    • General English: 25 Marks
    • General Knowledge: 25 Marks
    • Commerce: 50 Marks
    • Constitution of India: 25 Marks
    • Banking, Co-operative Societies & Objective Type: 25 Marks

  • Qualifying Marks & Merit: 85% weightage to Written Exam + 15% weightage to Interview (15 Marks)
  • Candidates will be called for Interview in the ratio of 1:5 (category-wise).

• For Driver & Junior Servants:

  • Written Examination: 100 Marks (Duration: 1 Hour)

    • Kannada Language: 50 Marks
    • General Knowledge: 50 Marks

  • Qualifying Marks & Merit: 85% weightage to Written Exam + 15% weightage to Interview (15 Marks)

• Final selection is based on total marks (Written + Interview) and reservation rules.
• Document verification of all original certificates will be done before final appointment.
• Selected candidates will be on 2 years probation.

• Click on “BDCC RECRUITMENT 2026” link and register with valid mobile number & email ID.
• Fill the online application form with all mandatory details.
• Upload scanned copies of:
• Recent passport-size photograph & signature
• Educational certificates / mark sheets
• Caste / Category / Rural / Ex-Servicemen / Kannada Medium / Physically Disabled certificates (as applicable)

• Candidates must possess the required educational qualification as on the last date of application.

• Only one application per post is allowed. Multiple applications will be rejected.
• Mere submission of application does not guarantee eligibility or call for examination.
• All uploaded documents must be self-attested. Originals must be produced at the time of document verification / interview.
• Candidates belonging to Kalyana Karnataka (371(J)) must produce valid certificate in the prescribed format.
• One-time 5 years age relaxation is provided as per Government Order (as a one-time measure).
• The number of vacancies is tentative and may increase or decrease.
• Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification.
• The decision of the Bank / Selection Committee is final and binding.
• Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of Courts in Ballari / Hospete only.
