- B.E./B.Tech (4 year) in Electronics discipline for Fixed Tenure Deputy Engineer (E-I) Electronics.
- B.E./B.Tech (4 year) in Mechanical discipline for Fixed Tenure Deputy Engineer (E-I) Mechanical.
- First Class for General/OBC, Pass Class for PwBD candidates.
- From AICTE approved College/Institute or recognized University.

- Maximum Age Limit: 29 years.
- Age Relaxation: OBC: +3 years; PwBD: +10 years (in addition to category relaxation).

- Rs. 40,000 – Rs. 1,40,000 Per Month
