Shortlisting & Application Scrutiny:
In the initial stage, applications will be scrutinised based on eligibility criteria, educational qualifications, relevant work experience, domain expertise, and other parameters decided by the bank. Only candidates shortlisted as per the bank’s internal norms will be called for further stages. Mere fulfilment of eligibility criteria does not guarantee shortlisting for the Bank of Baroda WMS selection process.

The bank reserves the right to conduct or waive the online test and/or psychometric test depending on recruitment requirements.
Personal Interview (PI):
Candidates shortlisted from earlier stages will be invited for a Personal Interview. During the interview, candidates will be evaluated on domain knowledge, relationship management skills, leadership qualities (especially for higher roles), communication skills, and overall suitability for wealth management positions. Candidates must secure a minimum of 60% marks (55% for reserved categories) or as decided by the bank.
Final Merit & Provisional Selection:
The final merit list will be prepared based on the candidate’s performance in the online test (if conducted), psychometric test, and personal interview, as per the weightage decided by the bank. Only those candidates who qualify in all stages and rank high in the merit list, subject to vacancy and category norms, will be provisionally selected.
