J&K Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Saturday dedicated a memorial, museum, and library in Rajouri to honour Additional Deputy Commissioner Dr. Raj Kumar Thapa, who was killed in Pakistan shelling during the Operation Sindoor last year.
“This memorial will inspire generations to come. He was selfless and steadfast to public welfare,” Mr. Sinha said.
