Girls outshone boys in both the first and second year Intermediate examinations, the results of which were released on Sunday.
Of the total 5,07,948 candidates who appeared, including regular and private candidates in general and vocational streams, in the Intermediate Second Year examinations held in March 2026, 3,58,490 candidates cleared the examination — an average 70.58% pass.
