Humayun Kabir’s helicopter ride makes waves as queries emerge over its funding

While helicopters hovering over skies of poll-bound West Bengal is not an uncommon sight, but a blue and white helicopter is making a lot of noise in central parts of the State, particularly Murshidabad district.

Aam Janata Unnyan Party (AJUP) founder and suspended Trinamool Congress leader Humayun Kabir has started campaigning across the region on a helicopter. Mr. Kabir has told media persons that he has hired a helicopter for 23 days from April 4 to 27.
