Educational Qualification
- Group-A Posts (e.g., Head Clerk, Senior Clerk, etc.): Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University.
- Group-B Posts (Junior Clerk): Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC/12th Pass) from a recognized Board.
Candidates must possess the required qualifications as mentioned in their certificates while applying.
Salary
- Group-A Posts: Pay Matrix Level-5 (Rs. 44,900 – 1,42,400)
- Group-B Posts: Fixed Pay for first 5 years (Rs. 19,950), then regular pay scale.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 20 years
- Maximum Age: 35 years (for General category)
- Age relaxation applicable for reserved categories (SC/ST/SEBC/EWS/PH/Ex-Servicemen/Women) as per Gujarat Government norms.

- For SC / ST / SEBC / EWS / PwD / Ex-Servicemen / All Women Category: Rs. 400/-
Selection Process
The selection will be based on a Combined Competitive Examination consisting of:

- Main Examination (Descriptive Type)
