The Telangana government on Tuesday (April 28, 2029) appointed senior IPS officer C. V. Anand as the Director General of Police (Head of Police Force).
Anand, a 1991-batch IPS officer, has been transferred from his current post as Special Chief Secretary to Government, Home Department. He will serve as the head of the Telangana Police.
