- Principal Project Scientist: Ph.D. with first class or equivalent at the preceding degree in the appropriate discipline OR M. Tech. 1st class or equivalent OR M.Sc in science or Engineering or MS(R) or equivalent (MA/MCom/MDes) with 6 years experience.
- Project Scientist: B. Tech. / M. Sc./M.C.A./Post Graduation in relevant discipline having 1st class or equivalent in the appropriate discipline.
- Jr. Research Fellow: Post Graduate Degree in Basic Science with *NET qualification OR Graduate Degree in Professional Course with NET qualification OR Post Graduate Degree in Professional Course.
